Once you’ve chosen me as your Celebrant, let’s meet in person or if it’s more convenient virtually.
This is our chance to dive into your special day's exciting and unique details. Here we will plan out the flow of your ceremony, who you wish to be included and explore any family traditions or special elements you’d love to include to make your ceremony unforgettable.
Whether you envision something simple or grand, the possibilities are endless—let’s make it uniquely yours!
At this point you will secure the date and a 50% deposit will be paid.

Your time to shine
You will complete a questionnaire to include all the fun details of what has brought you to renew your vows. How and when did you meet? What has married life been like? As well as any of the “This is an amazing part of our life together we want to acknowledge” or “This story is family lore and always gets us laughing”, these moments that have made you stronger and kept your love burning bright.

Personalised Ceremony writing
With all the precious information you have given me, I will write a personalised ceremony that captures your love story and celebrates the life you have built together, sharing your dreams, journey and aspirations for your future.
Here we will include all the different elements that will make your ceremony uniquely yours, whether you choose a sand ceremony, candle lighting or handfasting. If you need advice on your reading, vows or music choices I will guide and support you.
Remember I am with you every step of the way and will remain in contact, giving you plenty of time to review and sign off the final version of your ceremony that celebrates your love story.

Rehearsal (additional costs may be incurred)
If you request a rehearsal you have 2 options depending on the venue, in-person or virtually. I wouldn't dare divulge any of the details of your ceremony, a rehearsal allows us to talk through the timings, where you stand and all the practicalities of the ceremony. We can include all your special guests who are contributing to your ceremony.

Vow or should I say Wow Day?
This is your day to celebrate.
I will arrive in plenty of time to connect with you, anyone involved in your ceremony, your planner, the venue staff and your photographer.
I will welcome your guests and will be ready and waiting for you to arrive when you are ready.
I only ever book one wedding a day and if you are running late, that’s okay, that’s the joy of having a Celebrant conduct your ceremony.
